We absolutely love our kitten. He is the most well rounded confident kitten we’ve ever had. He isn’t afraid of dogs, other cats, people etc. you can really tell that he was raised by caring breeders in their home. August MC does a great job, and I will recommend them to anyone.

My teenage kids and I purchased 2 kittens (half sisters) from August Maine Coons just over a week ago. Both kittens are very well adjusted and have had no problems integrating into our home. They are incredibly sweet, playful, and healthy. They’re both growing like crazy and interested in everything. It’s important to me that cats are part of the household and not hiding in the shadows. After just a day or two, these girls were ready to take on anything! Buffy has been incredibly easy to work with and offers a lot of useful tips and tricks for managing new kittens. She’s stayed in touch even after we brought our kittens home. I can’t wait to see how these girls grow up-I can tell they’ll be amazing!

We got Nikita from August Maine Coons. He is so happy and healthy. If I had any questions, Buffy (the breeder) would get back to me quickly. This was the most amazing experience I’ve gone through. Soon after I filled out my application I was contacted and informed of their current kitten situation. When it came time the whole reservation process was a breeze and I was walked through each step with caring and understanding. Buffy was willing to answer all my questions and give updates as they came. I have so many pictures of my baby before I got him. It was as if I already knew him.

Pickup day came and communication was (as always) amazing. I met Buffy at an agreed upon location and hand off was a breeze. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this whole process. My kitten is settling in nice and adjusting well. I highly recommend this breeder as she cares for and loves these babies as they are her own. And I cannot wait to get another kitten in the future.

Working with August Maine Coons is one of the greatest decisions I have ever made. I had never owned a cat, but Maine Coon’s intrigued me because of their striking beauty and comparisons to dogs. I filled out an application, promptly got a response from Buffy, and the ball kept rolling from there. Full transparency was given from the very beginning, and I was never left out of the loop on important updates. I was told about Vet appointments and everything tied to them, including weight and vaccines. I felt comfortable asking a myriad of questions, and Buffy answered them all. Watching video footage and seeing photos of your little baby as they grow and learn during their first few months is such a beautiful experience. I ended up getting two. They are full of life, and I can tell that they learned plenty from other cats and their breeders. They’re both full of life and totally litter trained. Their parents are gorgeous, and the fact that I could find the breeders on official websites helped my nerves considerably. With 0 scams, lots of hand-holding, and updates on growth and development throughout the process, I can honestly say that my trust was not misplaced. This is an ethical breeder, and I cannot stress how much I recommend them.

Buffy was very responsive and open from initial inquiry to the facilitation of the purchase. Buffy went out of her way with communication keeping us up to date on the little guy we picked out sending frequent status updates and pictures. Xeno (aka Purple Boy) is very social. It was evident that Buffy takes very good care of her kittens. He came microchiped, up to date on all his shots, and was given the spa treatment prior to our meeting them for pickup. We just got our sweet little man a few days ago and he is absolutely perfect for our family! August Maine Coon’s provided us with the easiest, most stress free, exciting and fulfilling feline adoption experience we have ever had. Buffy shows cats in TICA and CFA shows and breeds to standard, which produces healthy kittens with outstanding, lively and loving purrsonalities. The kittens are very well socialized, raised in a loving home. Our gorgeous black smoke boy Zeus, is literally bomb proof. Less than a week after we received him, we took him on a Christmas road trip where he would encounter three cats and an Australian Shepherd dog. Zeus fit right in, and loved every minute!

After we reserved our kitten, we received weekly photos and videos and updates from vet visits. We knew what food and litter to purchase prior to Zeus’s arrival and he had already been using a robot litter box, so he took right to the one we bought for him. Zeus sleeps with us in bed at night, and follows my husband throughout the house, like a dog. We call him our “cat/dog”.
